1. What Is EAC Certification
EAC certification follows CU-TR technical regulations covering safety, emissions and electromagnetic compatibility. Vehicles holding an EAC certificate can circulate freely in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.

- ERA-GLONASS: New cars need the emergency call system installed.
- PTS: An electronic vehicle passport is issued after import.
